May is Mental Health Awareness Month

Mental Health Awareness Month has been observed each May since 1949, led by Mental Health America.
Mental Health America is continuing the theme of Tools 2 Thrive in 2021. Mental Health America provides practical tools to improve mental health and increase resiliency during difficult situations. These tools could be very helpful, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Mental health is very important for overall health. Mental illnesses are common and treatable. One in five people will experience mental illness during their life. It's vital to recognize your emotions and feelings and don't be afraid to reach out to others. There is a quick, free, and private mental health screening on https://www.mhanational.org.
Mental Health America has tool kits with a great deal of information to help raise awareness. Click here to download the tool kit now!
